Terms and Conditions for BAKERIS

Delivery
1. Please note that we are unable to provide specific delivery time.
2. All orders will be given a two-hour delivery window in the morning of the selected delivery date.
3. All orders must be placed at least 5 days before the chosen delivery day.
4. To check if your address qualifies for delivery service, please check our delivery page for information and ensure that you enter your full address at checkout.
5. Please note that BAKERIS will not be held responsible for any delivery issues arising from the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

6. All deliveries must be checked and signed for by the customer and a signature will be deemed as delivery acceptance and order completion.

7. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery during the specified delivery window, and no alternative delivery instructions are provided, the order will be returned and we cannot be held responsible for the undelivered products. The order and the delivery will be considered complete and no further attempts will be made.
8. The minimum order is £30.

Payment and Prices
1. Price and production availability are subject to change without notice. The price displayed on our website will be valid on the day of the order.
2. We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and most leading credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
3. Payments will be charged on your card at the time of order.
4. We do not accept any cash payments.

5. Gift vouchers and coupons issued by our company cannot be redeemed for cash or used as monetary value.

Cancellation
1. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all details are entered correctly when the order is placed. If you wish to request cancellation or amendments of your order, you must contact us in writing by email at least five days before the delivery date. We will confirm in writing by email if your request is successful or not.
2. We will deliver the order to your nominated delivery address when the order is placed. We are unable to make any amendments five days before your selected delivery date.
3. All deliveries must be checked and signed for by the customer and a signature will be deemed as delivery acceptance and order completion.
4. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery during the specified delivery window, and no alternative delivery instructions are provided, the order will be returned and we cannot be held responsible for the undelivered products. The order and the delivery will be considered complete and no further attempts will be made.

Return/Refund

1. We are unable to offer a refund for our food products. If you are dissatisfied with our products or services, please contact us via email and we will aim to respond to you within 48 hours.

2. If any part of your order is damaged or missing, you must notify us immediately via email. Concerns regarding food quality, damaged or missing items, must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and proof may be requested. If you are unable to provide evidence when requested, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Allergies
1. Our products may contain traces of nuts and wheat and other allergens. While we implement strict controls to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for individuals with allergies. Please contact us by email if you have any inquiries regarding allergen and nutritional information.

Digital Photo & Content Use
1. All photos displayed on our website are of actual cakes and desserts made by BAKERIS.
2. The photos on our website are the property of BAKERIS and are intended for personal viewing only. Unauthorized use of these photos for business purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. We strive to ensure that the photos accurately represent the quality and appearance of our products. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in appearance between the photos and the delivered items. Factors such as ingredients, baking conditions, and decoration techniques can cause these variations.
3. While we aim for consistency, we cannot guarantee that every product will look exactly like the photos on our website. BAKERIS cannot be held accountable for minor differences in appearance.
4. If you have any concerns about the appearance of your delivered product, please contact us by email. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues promptly.
